We are looking for part-time independent contractors to provide residential cleaning services in the Atlanta area! We are dedicated to paying a living wage, taking care of our staff’s well-being, and fostering a safe work environment. • Someone that is friendly, and understands how to provide great customer service. This is generally a low-interaction position, but occasionally there will be times where you interact with your clients. Building a rapport increases your tips!

• Someone that loves to clean! (Or at least loves to be paid to clean 😉)

Professional cleaning experience IS required for this position.

Requirements for consideration:

• 1 year minimum of proven professional cleaning experience

• A full kit of your own cleaning supplies that you will use during cleans and keep stocked as needed

• Must be able to provide proof of liability insurance

• Must be available a minimum of 10 hours a week, Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm. Opportunities to work Saturday, Sunday, and outside of normal business hours may be available if you are interested.

  • We currently cannot guarantee 10 hours of work per week, but to be able to schedule appointments, having 10 hours available is needed.

• Have the physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including but not limited to bending, standing for long periods of time, walking up and down stairs or steep surfaces, kneeling, squatting, lifting items up to 25lbs, etc. for up to 8 hours in a day.

• Have a phone with data, texting, and calling capabilities

• Be able to pass a background check

• Have reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and a valid driver’s license

• Able to take jobs in the greater Atlanta area including all of Atlanta, Decatur, Tucker, Stone Mountain, Clarkston, Avondale Estates, and more. We will take where you live into consideration when scheduling appointments.

• Ability to accept payments via direct deposit

• Able to provide updated availability with us on weekly basis so we can accurately and quickly schedule appointments

• Must be comfortable working around dogs, cats, or other pets

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be legally able to work in the US as an independent contractor and complete a W9 form

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience training new cleaners

• Interested in growing with the company to possibly become a lead cleaner and trainer

• Strong command of the English language

What you can expect:

• Schedule:

  • Appointments start between 9am-10am or 12-1pm, Monday through Friday, but sometimes can start as early as 8am. We aim to not work past 6pm. Weekend appointments can be available if you are interested.

  • Once you are approved to clean without a lead cleaner, you can have up to two houses per day. Deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleans will always only be one home per day and a maximum of 6 hours per day.

  • We aim to give you a notice of 7 days before a job at minimum, but occasionally we may ask if you are available on a shorter notice.

• Training:

  • Because this is an independent contractor position, there is not a formal training period. However, we will work with you to ensure you understand our standards and company processes.

• Dress code:

  • Please come to work neat, clean, and hygienic. We suggest wearing all black. Please do not wear any items that promote other cleaning or home-based service businesses, including but not limited to your own business.

  • Your initial job will be paid at $25/hr to ensure we are a good fit to work together and to train you to our standards. Following jobs will be paid at $30/hr.

  • Payouts are completed on a weekly basis

• 100% of your portion of any tips go directly to you
