Rest assured that we keep our supplies/tools sanitized in between appointments and maintain the highest standard of hygiene for our clients.

We use primarily natural, low-odor products to keep your home clean without using harsh or harmful chemicals. This is not only for your family’s health, but our team’s as well! On the rare occasion we may need to use something stronger, we will make sure to get your approval. If you have a request in regards to products, let us know and we’ll see if we can accommodate. We will not use any solutions that we know may cause damage to your home.

Check, check, and check! Your homes safety, sanctity, and well-being are top of mind for us. We do not take being invited into your sacred space lightly! We are fully insured, bonded, and licensed for your peace of mind.

For maintenance and deep cleans:
Let us do the prep for you! Ask about adding on our Pre-Clean Tidy service to your next clean so you don’t have to lift a finger. However, if you do not wish to pay for this additional service, we do need the space to be tidied to effectively clean. Please have as many personal items and laundry put away as possible, and have the dishes put away from the sink/counter. We will skip over areas that are not tidy enough for us to effectively clean.
For move-in/move-out cleans:
The space must be 90% empty of any and all personal items or furniture for us to complete this service. If the property is not sufficiently empty upon arrival, your total balance will be adjusted based on the state of the property. If the home is professionally staged, that is okay.

No, as long as our team is able to access the property to complete the appointment, you do not need to be present. If you prefer to be present for your appointment, that is also fine.
